The Tall and Tiny Tour

Well, Mrs. Misty, Mom, Catherine (aka tiny), and I went to Mrs. Misty's mother's house this Monday through Thursday. Thanks to J.D. we have a cool name! lol Mom and Mrs. Misty were working on Personhood Mississippi. God really blessed them. While they were working hard, Tiny and I were catching chickens, doin' school, running and hanging out with her cousins! We had a fun time! We went to her cousin Jack and Hayden's house. Mrs. Lee (tiny's aunt) was so sweet and brought us to an arcade! She was very sweet! Tiny and I had a lot of fun............. :)

Well I have been doing alot of reading and watching lately. I love Vision Forum ! It is a ministry run by Doug Phillips. I just watched Sergeant York starring Gary Cooper! Also The Mysterious Islands! They are great movies of which I thought we AWESOME! both were VERY moving!

I just read Journey to The Center of The Earth by Jules Verne! Also very awesome and moving! It was very cool! I couldn't put it down!

Hey,
Saturday was my first XC meet! It was so much fun! I had a blast. Bu tit was SOOOO muddy! It was raining and it was hard, but we Spartans bowed up and finished the race with class! Our girl's varsity team came in 1st! But since we are homeschooled we aren't rated as a team..... :( So we didn't get a team award. But each of our good runners got a T-shirt! We did great and I am proud of our team!

I just got back from the Sherman Day 5K!!! I don't have pics yet but I'll post them soon. My last 5K time was 37:29 (which is really bad) and this one was 32:05 (which is still bad , but better than the 1st)!!! Well, that's 5 minutes off..... I am hoping to be in the 20s at my next 5K! I have been hanging out a lot with some of my close friends recently and I feel like God is showing me how blessed I am to have such good friends. I, so many times I have messed up or done something ''not very smart'' and all my friends have forgiven me. I feel sooooo blessed to have such amazing friends. I also know that with out Christ ALL my friends would not be the way they are. And to all my friends who are reading this.......I love you!

I want to make a special post for my best friend Brooklyn. It is her 13th birthday!!! She is so sweet and I am blessed to be her friend. She is a year younger than me and yet she is one of my role models. She had such a humble spirit! She is seeking the Lord and is so God fearing. I admire her in so many ways. Her life is a living testimony of God's wonderful mercy and love. I want to wish her the Happiest 13th Birthday EVER!!! I hope HE will continue to bless me with her friendship!

Ok, I'm not quiting!!! Or moving or anything like that...... I was just trying to throw a mysterious feeling on my blog..... I was going to quit blogging and just do facebook, but I'm not. Blogging is still on! :) Facebook is at a pause. I didn't really like it that much, one because something was wrong with my WALL and two because I was the only one writing on it! lol So it's at a pause. :) I do love blogging and I can't stop! I love all my blogging friends! It made me so happy to get comments from people not wanting me to stop. Thanks.......... I feel very blessed to have good friends.

I have been running a lot lately and have really enjoyed it! I love to run! Not just because I'm with friends, (I'm not always with then when I run)
but because it gives a good feeling during and after! I have been running a little over 2 miles and I think it's hard, but it's fun! Yesterday I ran with my dad. It was fun trying to get in front of him.(which I did a couple of times)

I had a great day! Last night I spent the night with one of my best friends, Brooklyn! We had a great time and I went with her to XC this morning! We had a blast! I ran two miles! Last time I ran 2 miles I ''tossed my cookies''! lol This time I felt great! I love XC and can't wait to go running again!

Running Camp!

Hello,
I have been to running camp! I had soooo much fun! The boys went Sunday to Wednesday at noon and the girls went Wednesday at noon to Saturday. We ran each day and did lots of different stretches! It was at one of our friends cabin! We got to swim each day in the lake! We had a Bible study each night! I had a great time and was blessed to be able to have gone!

Slime!

Things you will need:

1. a mixing bowl
2. one bottle of Elmer's glue
3. food coloring
4. Borax
5. a Ziploc
6. a cup
7. a spoon
8. paper towel
9. water
10. measuring cups and spoons

How to make it:

1. Empty the whole bottle of glue in the bowl
2. Fill the empty glue bottle with water and shake. Then put into the bowl
3. add a few drops of food coloring
4. Measure 1/4 cup of warm water. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of Borax to the water. Mixing it slowly with your spoon.
5. While stirring the glue/water/food coloring mixture, slowly add a little of the Borax solution to the other mixture. You will feel it getting harder to stir. So use your hands! Then ENJOY!

Hello Everyone,
Today I went with my grandma, aunt, cousin and mom to a great restaurant! We were celebrating my cousin's birthday! We went shopping and went walking. Then later on that night we had the Hurst over! I had a great time! They have 5 boys!!! I don't how Mrs. Pam does it! No, I'm kidding! We played some games and had a camp fire. It was a blessed night!

Well, I ran 1 1/2 miles in 18 minutes today! I did stop and walk, but not much, only for about 5 seconds. It wasn't as hard as I expected, but it wasn't easy ether! LOL I hope I can run at least 3 miles without stopping by mid July! (don't know if that will happen though)

The Lord is Almighty! He has been so gracious to me and my family and friends!
One of our good friends was put in the hospital with bad chest pains! She is like my 2nd Mama and I was VERY scared! But I am soooo glad to say that the Lord was merciful and he spared her! THANKS TO HIM!
